Yes. The price shown in the builder is calculated the same way at checkout — server-side, from your actual material, size, and quantity. There's no "call for pricing" step and no surprise markup between quote and invoice.

Yes. A single order can include several named batches — different text and quantity each — as long as they share the same material, size, ID type, and rush setting. Useful if you need, say, three departments labeled differently in one purchase.

Three standard sizes (1/2"×1-3/4", 3/4"×1-3/4", and 3/4"×2"), plus fully custom sizing from 3/8" up to 4" per side if none of those fit what you need.

Barcode (Code 128), QR code, or a plain sequential number with no barcode/QR at all — whichever fits how your team actually scans or looks up assets.

Yes. We track your numbering sequence and reorder history, so a follow-up order automatically continues from the right serial number instead of risking a duplicate or a gap.

Standard orders run about 3 weeks from proof approval to delivery. If you're on a tighter timeline, rush production is available on most materials — about a week in production, shipped separately — for a 15% surcharge. The option appears in the builder for any material that offers it.

You'll always review a live on-screen preview and approve it before paying — that preview shows layout and color, not final print artwork. If you want to see an actual pre-production proof of the final artwork before anything's printed, you can request one at checkout at no extra charge.

We'll reprint or replace it at no cost — that covers damage in shipping, printing defects, or anything that doesn't match what you approved. Replacements are printed with the exact same serial numbers as your original order rather than a new range, so your inventory records stay accurate and nothing gets duplicated.

Credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Affirm, Cash App Pay, Klarna, and a few other options at checkout — whatever Stripe shows you at the time.

We're set up for card payment only — a P-card works great for this. There's an optional PO number field at checkout so your paperwork stays consistent, or you can request a quote first to get formal pricing to attach to your PO before you check out. Either way, payment itself runs through your card, not an invoice. Large orders can be split into multiple charges if your card has a transaction limit.

Yes — mark your order tax-exempt at checkout and enter your exemption certificate number if you have it handy. If you don't have the number in front of you, you can still note the exemption and follow up with it afterward.

For K-12 orders, a portion of every order — 3% to 10%, scaled to your order size — goes back to your school's PTA/PTO or a school-affiliated charitable organization of your choice, at no extra cost to you. Restrictions apply; see below.

Everywhere except Alaska, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Illinois, Mississippi, and South Carolina, where state commercial co-venture registration and bonding requirements make the program impractical to offer. Pricing and everything else about ordering is unaffected in those states.
