This page explains what information Northstate Supply collects when you visit northstatesupplies.com or place an order, how it's used, and who it's shared with.

Information we collect

When you visit the site or use the Asset Tag Builder, we collect:

Basic visit information — your IP address, browser type, and the page that referred you, logged against a session so we can tell how the site is being used.
Outreach recognition — if you arrive via a link from one of our emails, that link may identify you as a contact already in our records, so the page can greet you by name or institution.
Order information — name, email, shipping and billing address, and phone number, collected during checkout to fulfill your order.
Contact form submissions — name, email, organization, phone, and message, if you reach out to us directly.

Payment information

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Northstate Supply never sees or stores your full card number — Stripe handles that directly under its own security and privacy practices.

How we use this information

To produce, ship, and invoice your order
To respond to questions or sample requests
To understand which pages and outreach efforts are working, so we can improve them

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share only what's needed to operate the business: Stripe (payments), our database and email infrastructure providers (to store orders and send order confirmations), and shipping carriers (to deliver your order).
